So many Reasons to build a duplex as all home buyers can benefit from this type of development.

Units & Flats:

To ad value to this type of project was to renovate the inside of the units, a minimum of 10% of their Market value and then render and paint the outside. This give the investors More money to invest again as it has increased the value of this property they now have more equity in the property to do it all again. One of the best ways to build wealth! If you can purchase a block of flats that generate a positive cash flow, then you are on the right track.

Old Established houses:

This would be a photo of a house that we source all the time as it fits in what we do for us and for our clients.

Corner Block:

Capitalise on your corner block, and build a duplex which one will pay for the other.

Villas:

The best way to capitalise on a large inner city block is to pull down your old existing house, rezone the land and build villas.

Land:

You would be surprised at the value of the land that people do not use in their back yard. We put option contracts on the land to see if we can add value to the property itself. Subdivision or battle-axe block work very well.
